Discovery Calls

We offer free discovery calls so we can learn about your business and determine whether our services are a good fit. Discovery calls are complimentary and come with no obligation to purchase anything. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you honestly and point you in a better direction if we can.

Paid Services

Engagement Terms

All paid engagements begin with a clear scope of work discussed during our initial conversations. We will outline what you can expect, what we will deliver, and the associated cost before any payment is collected.

Payment

Payment terms will be specified for each engagement. We may require payment in advance for certain services or bill on a milestone basis for larger projects. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of engagement.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident working with us. If you are not satisfied with a paid service, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right, either by revising the work or providing a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

Your Data

You retain full ownership of any data, documents, or business information you share with us during an engagement. We will never share your proprietary information with other clients or third parties.

Deliverables

Custom action plans, training materials, and other deliverables created for you during a paid engagement are yours to use within your business. However, they are created for your specific use and should not be resold, redistributed, or published without written permission.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement at any time with written notice. If you terminate a paid engagement before completion, you will be billed for work completed up to that point. If we terminate an engagement, we will refund any payment for work not yet delivered.

We also reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for any reason, though we hope it never comes to that.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
